AW Series Double Action Pneumatic Actuator

Overview

The AW scotch yoke actuators of Zhejiang Baide Automation are divided into two forms: single-acting and double-acting; also could open and close with 90° swing. We have the production capacity of all models and specifications, and can also customize non-standard pneumatic actuator products to achieve special effects according to customer requirements. Zhejiang Baide has exquisite processing technology and high standard material selection requirements to ensure the performance and long-term stability of the products.

Model Meaning: AW—Pneumatic actuator type, 13—Cylinder bore diameter

Working Stroke: 90°±5°

End Adjustment: ±5°

Suitable Air Supply: 0.4～0.7MPa (Maximum 1.0MPa)

Output Torque: 599～156000Nm (Output torque varies with supply pressure)

Operation Type: Double-acting

Ambient Temperature:

Standard Type: -20°C to 80°C

High-Temperature Type: -15°C to 180°C

Low-Temperature Type: -50°C to 80°C

Solenoid Valve Power Supply: AC220V or DC24V (Customizable upon request)
