However, electric valves are generally complex and prone to failure. Because the motor needs to generate heat during operation, it is easy to cause the motor to overheat, which will increase the wear of the reduction gear. So the service life is not as good as hydraulic and pneumatic actuators. For the wet environment, the opening and closing process of the electric valve is slow, and the entire valve switching action takes 15 seconds. For some requirements, the opening and closing time of the switch is not up to the requirements, and the cost is relatively high.
