Pneumatic valve adopts air source as driving force, which is driven by compressed air to realize valve body switch. It is suitable for medium and small diameter pipelines, using compressed air transmission under the condition of stable air source pressure. The biggest advantage is its safety, which can prevent accidents due to power supply. The pneumatic actuator is simple and easy to master and maintain, and the cost is lower than that of hydraulic valve and electric valve.
However, the pneumatic valve will also have the phenomenon of slow response, poor control accuracy and poor anti-deviation ability : it is easy to be affected by the fluctuation of air pressure, especially in winter due to the influence of water content in compressed air and freezing in cold days, which is easy to cause the transmission part to freeze and cause the cylinder to lose control.
As a widely used product, the selection of pneumatic valves needs to be comprehensively considered according to the working environment, technical requirements, pipeline size, pressure and temperature.
